Before you can apply for most government jobs, you need a few registrations and documents. This page keeps the verified official links in one place — no agent, no middleman site, everything below is free or officially priced on the government's own portal.

One-Time Registration (OTR) — do this first

SSC OTR (mandatory for every SSC exam): create your account once on the official portal — ssc.gov.in → Login or Register. The same OTR ID is used for CGL, CHSL, MTS, GD and every other SSC application. Aadhaar-based verification is built into the official flow.

UPSSSC OTR (mandatory for every UPSSSC exam): open upsssc.gov.in and click "One Time Registration (OTR)" on the homepage (the page opens correctly only from the homepage link). Register only once; if you have a PET registration number, use it. You need a working mobile number and email (OTP verified), and details must exactly match your documents — no modification is allowed after final submission.

UP Police (UPPRPB): there is no standing OTR — application links are published per-recruitment on the official uppbpb.gov.in Direct Recruitment section only when a window opens. Apply only through links posted there; exam-day vendor sites are not registration portals.

Certificate downloads

CTET certificate & marksheet (2018 onwards): delivered officially through DigiLocker — log in with your registered mobile/Aadhaar → Get Issued Documents → CBSE, Delhi → Teacher Eligibility Test → enter CTET roll number and passing year. Free. (Older 2011-2016 certificates: CBSE DADS per ctet.nic.in.)

UGC NET / CSIR NET e-certificates: the official NTA portal is ecertificate.nta.ac.in — select your exam (UGC-NET or Joint CSIR UGC-NET), log in with roll number or application number + date of birth. Two honest cautions: (1) the portal's own SSL certificate has been seen expired, so your browser may show a security warning even though the site is NTA's genuine portal (both ugcnet.nta.nic.in and csirnet.nta.nic.in link to it); (2) at last check it listed sessions only up to 2022 — newer-session certificates may arrive there later, so also check your exam's current official site.

Stay safe

Every registration and certificate above is issued by the government portal itself. Never pay any agent, cyber cafe "service charge", or third-party website for an OTR, certificate download or "fast processing" — there is no such thing. If a link looks different from the ones on this page, verify it on the department's official site first.
