BCECE & BCECE-LE 2026 counselling — what is open right now
BCECE-LE 2026 (engineering lateral entry) choice filling is OPEN NOW — it began 13 July and the last date has been officially EXTENDED from 21 July to 23 July 2026 (Adv. [LE]-2026/08 dated 17.07.2026, after an updated seat matrix). LE Round-1 allotment comes on 25 July and Round-2 on 6 August 2026. BCECE 2026 (PCM/PCB/PCMB and CBA/PCA/MBA/MCA) choice filling runs 19 to 25 July 2026 with OTP locking — Round-1 seat allotment on 29 July, document verification and admission 1-3 August, Round-2 allotment on 10 August 2026 (Adv. 2026/06 and 2026/07).
How to participate
Download your Rank Card from bceceboard.bihar.gov.in, then log in to your exam's official online counselling portal (linked from the Board homepage; portals are hosted on admissions.nic.in) with your registration number and password, fill your college/branch choices and LOCK them with OTP. Choice filling is ONE-TIME — if you skip it in Round 1, you will not get another chance in later rounds; a mop-up round happens only if seats remain vacant.
