How it works
Choose your exam → choose the document type → pick your photo → the tool converts it to the exact pixels and KB automatically. Nothing is ever uploaded.
Right now only Bank (IBPS) sizes are verified against an official document. For every other exam, pick "enter size myself" and use the size from your own notification — we'd rather ask than show you a wrong number.
| Exam | Document | Pixels | File size |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank (IBPS) | Photo | 200 × 230 px | 20–50 KB |
| Bank (IBPS) | Signature | 140 × 60 px | 10–20 KB |
| Bank (IBPS) | Thumb impression | 240 × 240 px | 20–50 KB |
| Bank (IBPS) | Declaration | 800 × 400 px | 50–100 KB |
These figures come from the IBPS CRP-Clerks-X Detailed Advertisement (Annexure III, pp. 29-30). Sizes for the other exams are not verified yet — check your own recruitment's notice.
