Why a form keeps rejecting your upload
A government application checks your photo, signature and thumb impression against separate rules — and when it refuses, it usually will not say which one you missed. Four causes account for most of it:
| File too large (or too small) | Every form sets an upper limit in KB, and many set a lower one too. A phone camera writes files several times larger than either. |
| Wrong format | Most portals want JPG. A phone's HEIC, or a screenshot saved as PNG, is refused without explanation. |
| Dimensions do not match | Photo and signature have different width-by-height rules. A file of the right size still fails at the wrong dimensions. |
| Tilted or blurred scan | A signature photographed on paper comes out tilted and grey. Straightening it and cropping the edges is usually the whole fix. |
The tools above exist for exactly those four: the resizer fixes KB and pixels together, rotate/crop takes out the tilt, and JPG↔PNG changes the format.
Your file never leaves your phone
Every tool here runs inside your own browser. Photos, signatures and PDFs are never uploaded to a server — not ours, not anyone's. That means three things: your document stays with you, the work is instant even on a slow connection, and there is nothing to sign up for.
The exact dimensions and KB limits are always written in that recruitment's own official notice — check them there before you apply. The tool brings your file to the limit; the commission sets what the limit is.
