Editorial Policy — How We Write

We publish two kinds of pages. Verified pages are written from the official notification or PDF: our fact-check software reads the notice, and the facts on the page are taken from it. Automatic updates are put together by software from public job listings and news reports, and are not checked against the official notice. Our recruitment, result, admit card and answer key pages link the official website, so you can check it yourself.

Numbers are never guessed

Dates, vacancy numbers, fees and age limits are copied from the source as they are, never made up. On a verified page that source is the official notice; on an automatic update it is a public job listing. We write our own sentences; we do not copy the official notification's wording.

What a page must pass before it publishes

Software publishes a page on its own only if it clears every check: an official government link must be present, an "Apply" link must be on a government domain, the page must carry as many real facts as its own title promises, and its numbers must agree with each other. Anything that fails a check stays a draft and is not published. These checks catch missing links and numbers that contradict each other, but they do not compare the figures with the official notice — that is done only for verified pages. Credit on news-based updates

Private-sector hiring news is written in our own words based on published reports, with a link to the original report. We do not copy anyone's content.

Errors get fixed fast

Wrong information about a government job can cost someone their chance — so if you spot an error, tell us; we verify and fix it the same day.

No popunders, no dark patterns

We never run popunder ads, fake download buttons, or false "guaranteed job" promises.
