How We Source Jobs — Our Method
Updated: 01 Oct 2026
Two kinds of pages. Our recruitment, result, admit card and answer key pages are of two kinds. Verified pages are written from the official notification itself. Automatic updates are put together by software from public job listings. Both kinds link the official website of the department or board — SSC, UPSC, the Railway Recruitment Boards, IBPS, the state PSCs and so on.
Verified pages: read from the official notice. Our fact-check software, which uses an AI model, reads the official notification or PDF on the recruiting body's own website and copies the dates, fees, age limits and vacancy numbers from it. If the notice cannot be read, the page is not published as a verified page. We never estimate a figure.
Automatic updates: what the software checks. The software reads public job listings, writes the page from the facts listed there, and publishes it on its own only if it clears every check below. If it fails any one, it stays a draft and is not published. These checks do not compare the figures with the official notice, so confirm them on the official website before you act:
- it carries a link to an official government notification or website — no official link, no publication (the two exceptions are announcement news and the daily current-affairs capsule, which cite a named source per item instead);
- an "Apply" link, if there is one, is on a government-controlled domain — an apply button pointing anywhere else is the single most dangerous thing a jobs site can print, so it never auto-publishes;
- it carries enough real facts to be the page its own title promises — a vacancy table, dates, fee, eligibility or selection stages, counted per section. A PDF link plus general advice is not a page, and does not go live;
- its numbers are internally consistent — the vacancy table sums to the stated total, the deadline does not contradict the application steps, the vacancy count is a plausible figure, and a recruitment whose last date has already passed is not published as open.
No person checks each page. Software writes and publishes our pages; nobody reads each one before it goes live. If you find a mistake, tell us as our Corrections Policy explains.
We do not copy. News-based updates are written in our own words from published reports, and we credit and link the original report. Copying another site's writing is against our policy.
Check it yourself. We are an independent private site, not a government body. Before you apply, open the official notification we link and confirm every detail there.
The official portals we link
These are the 80 government portals our published pages link to as the official source. The number on the right is how many of our published pages link to that portal. Confirm every detail there before you apply — this site is not a government body.
