No. Both are selected purely through the One-Tier written (objective MCQ) examination described above — DSSSB's Advt 07/2025 (MTS, para 6 "Mode of Selection") and Advt 02/2026 (Stenographer, para 4 "Examination Scheme") specify a written-exam-only selection with no interview stage.

What is the DSSSB MTS application fee?

₹100, with women candidates and SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen categories exempted. Source: Advt 07/2025, para 3 "Application Fees and Mode of Payment". Q4. Is DSSSB releasing a UDC recruitment in 2026?

Not confirmed as of this draft (9 Aug 2026) — no UDC (Upper Division Clerk) post code appears in DSSSB's current live vacancy listing or in any of the four currently-listed 2026/2025 advertisements checked (01/2026, 02/2026, 03/2026, 07/2025).
