Who can apply?

How to Apply

1. Visit www.joinindianarmy.nic.in and click on 'Officer Entry Application/Login'.
2. Click 'Registration' (not required if already registered on the website).
3. Fill the online registration form after reading the instructions carefully.
4. After registration, click 'Apply Online' under the Dashboard.
5. On the 'Officer Selection – Eligibility' page, click 'Apply' against Short Service Commission JAG Entry Course.
6. Fill in personal information, communication details, education details, and previous SSB details (if any) under the 'Application Form' page.
7. Review the summary of information, then click 'Submit' only after confirming all details are correct.
8. Take two printouts of the application (with roll number) 30 minutes after the online application closes on the last day.

What is the salary?

Pay scale for this post: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 per month (as per notification). Government pay adds DA (dearness allowance), HRA and travel allowance on top of the basic, so the in-hand amount is higher than the basic pay.
