Qualification (varies by post): Asst Manager (Official Language) — PG degree in Hindi, 50% agg; Asst Manager (IT) — BE(IT/CS)/MCA/MBA-PGDM(IT/System), 50% agg; Management Trainee (Marketing) — MBA in Agri Business Management/Agriculture-related equivalent to MBA; Management Trainee (Accounts) — CA/CMA; Junior Commercial Executive — B.Sc Agriculture 50% (45% SC/ST/PwBD); Junior Assistant (Accounts) — B.Com 50% (45% SC/ST/PwBD); Junior Assistant (General) — Any Graduate 50% (45% SC/ST/PwBD). Upper age limit as on date of advertisement: 32 years for Assistant Manager posts, 30 years for Management Trainee and Junior posts (relaxation as per Govt norms).
