- Upload your photograph (390 x 520 pixels preferred, maximum 120 KB) and signature (240 x 240 pixels preferred, maximum 60 KB, not in capital letters) in the specified format.
- Review all details, then click "Confirm/Submit" - a message confirming "Registration is successful" will be displayed on successful submission.
- A copy of the system-generated application form will be sent to your registered e-mail; take a printout for future reference.
