The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs approved upgrading the Muzaffarpur–Sitamarhi–Sonbarsa section of NH-22 in Bihar to four lanes — 82.578 km at a capital cost of ₹3,590.73 crore, built on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). 3. Summits · 8th BRICS Youth Energy Summit hosted by India
